My god. I forget sometimes just how much i adore my family. A comercial came on the TV and it may have single handedly changed, and likely improved, my relationship with my dad. oh lord....jesus love ya.
the comercial was for koolaid. it showed a big bottle of soda and the big red pitcher full of fun, battleing it out on a rolling log in the middle of a lake. as soon as my dad saw this he jumped to the edge of his chair, claped his hands together once loudly, and shouted, " look at him go! i always wanted to be the koolaid man!" .....and then he continued to thrash around on the couch clapping in approval as the koolaid man rolled to victory and the soda bottle fell and floated off ontop of the water like a halareous boat of some kind....i've never seen a beverage's legs move so fast. I have to say, that the best part was realy the look of shock on my mom and sister's face as their gaping mouths dripped the words...oh....my.....god. this night has officially been logged in my mind as the best day of my life.
